3rd & final stage - 3km run
The 3rd stage run in The Icebreaker Quickie in the Forest is a 3km loop heading on to the running/walking track that enters on the corner of Apple Road and 22nd Ave. The route pops out back on to 22nd Ave, at the point where the 6km track enters the forest, then it's a mad dash down the road to the finish line, where more glory than the London Olympics awaits!
