Finally the pages dedicated to the 6km run, 15km bike and 3km run are completed. You may think that's nothing special, and in the whole scheme of things it's not, but the amount of time it took me to plot those bloody courses was phenomenal! I must be missing that internal compass, or any skill to navigate my way around any forest like environment. Even with a aerial photo which I had with me on my iPhone I still got slightly lost, took wrong turns and frequently blew out the course distance by a good 4 or 5km. Ridiculous. But now I'm very happy to say it's all sorted, and you can view the course routes in map form, as a video of the entire track (sorry to any walkers or runners which I encountered on their tracks on my bike) which also details any possible hazards as well as a cool 3D flyover courtesy of mapmyride. You'll need to install the google earth app on your computer or it won't work, but it's an interesting way to watch the route.
