The good people at Complete Performance are coming back onboard for The Quarter Pounder in November, not only providing some sweet as prizes but also training tips in the lead up! For the five weeks prior to the event, I will be posting a Complete Performance training tip on the Monday of each week to help you get in good shape for the 10.5km run. A massive thank you to Richard at CP, these helpful hints will no doubt be very valuable to a lot of people, I know I'll be using them! Topics covered include training and recovery, sports nutrition, pacing, race check list and even training stress recovery. Sheesh these guys know what they're talking about. So stay tuned for the weekly posts, first one will be up on Monday 15th October.
