For the five weeks prior to the event, I will be posting a Complete Performance training tip on the Monday of each week to help you get in good shape for the 10.5km run. A massive thank you to Richard at CP, these helpful hints will no doubt be very valuable to a lot of people, I know I'll be using them! Topics covered include training and recovery, sports nutrition, pacing, race check list and even training stress recovery. Sheesh these guys know what they're talking about.
