We wish you a Quickie Christmas!

Well I sure hope you had a great day today, hanging with family & friends or whatever you were up to.
Only just got a chance to sit down & blog, it's been flat out all day! Get any cool gears? I was very spoilt & received some shoes & pedals for my MTB so that'll help me stay on riding over bumps a bit better.
But we all know it ain't about the gifts it's about... the food. So I hope you had some tasty treats.
A mate of mine told me he & his brothers have started a Christmas tradition where they head off for a run first thing in the morning to balance out the indulgence during the day. Not a bad idea at all. But I'll look at starting that next year maybe.
